The magnetic field output of neodymium magnets increases with temperature up to 80° C, after which they start to lose their effectiveness. Neodymium magnets are available in different temperature classes (M, H, SH, UH, EH or AH). The higher temperature versions (NxxM, NxxH, NxxSH, NxxUH, NxxEH, NxxVH/AH) are rated from +100? C to a maximum of +230 ? C. The magnetic properties will continue to degrade after continuous hot and cold cycles.
